Jon L. Noble, a former British military veteran with a paralyzed body, was able to surgically implant Neuralink's brain chip and play World of Warcraft using only his mind within 80 days of surgery. This is a remarkable advancement for the technology world.

The surgery was performed using a robotic system to install the chip in the area of his brain that controls motor movement. It uses 1,024 extremely thin neural threads to accurately read the brain's signal patterns.

Within just a few weeks of surgery, he progressed from moving the computer mouse and typing to being able to control an entire computer with his mind alone. By the 80th day, he was able to play challenging game sequences without needing to hold a mouse or keyboard.

While this case demonstrates the potential of technology that could directly connect humans and computers, it is currently still in the experimental phase and has only been tested on one person. In the future, this technology could become a new source of hope for people with disabilities.
