ATOM, Myanmar's leading 4.5G service provider, recently introduced the 'Talent Accelerator Programme 2026', a continuously upgraded youth development initiative. This 18-month program is designed for Myanmar's young people to develop fundamental knowledge in digital and telecommunications business, IT and network expertise, user experience tasks, as well as critical skills in data-driven thinking and analytical capabilities. By combining systematic learning with practical workplace experience, ATOM aims to cultivate future leaders with comprehensive digital and telecommunications qualifications.

The application period for the 'Talent Accelerator Programme 2026' runs from March 16 to April 5, 2026, through multiple platforms including ATOM's website career opportunities section, social media platforms, and university partnerships. More than 400 applicants submitted their applications across all platforms. After conducting screening and interviews, 28 outstanding young people will be officially welcomed on May 25, 2026. After successfully completing the workplace preparation period, the trainees will enter ATOM's operational departments for learning and work.

Selected applicants will receive comprehensive benefits including salary, living allowance support, and employee privileges, as well as systematic guidance and mentorship throughout the program. ATOM also prioritizes long-term career development. Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing trainees will be prioritized for permanent employment based on their performance, qualifications, and business needs.

"Nurturing exceptional youth is one of ATOM's primary objectives, and this will continue consistently. The Talent Accelerator Programme 2026 is not only an investment in the new generation of youth, but also cultivates future leaders who will drive innovation and sustainable growth. By combining systematic learning with practical workplace experience and mentorship, we will develop the qualifications needed in this rapidly evolving digital era. We aim to contribute meaningfully to Myanmar's developing telecommunications and digital ecosystem," said Mr. Ahmad Abdallah, ATOM's Chief Executive Officer.

ATOM's Talent Accelerator Programme is specifically designed for recent graduates and entry-level young professionals with excellent educational backgrounds. Trainees will have the opportunity to rotate through different business responsibilities, participate directly in strategic projects and presentations, and receive direct mentorship from relevant domain experts and executives at ATOM, thereby gaining comprehensive and valuable experiences.

"We aim to provide young people with the skills needed to be prepared for the future. As part of ATOM's people-first culture, we are pleased and proud that through this 'Talent Accelerator Programme', we create and support employment opportunities that will transform and advance the lives of Myanmar's youth," added Ko Zar Ni Htun, ATOM's Human Resources Director.
