Tesla's autonomous driving system is completely malfunctioning, according to insiders at the company itself. Even the employees who are developing Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology do not believe Elon Musk's boasting statements about this technology.
When Reuters news agency interviewed a former Tesla data validator and a former engineer, one former employee confessed so strongly that he would not even ride in Tesla's Robotaxi "even if paid money."
According to the statements of those employees, when reviewing video recordings to improve the software, Tesla cars are frequently found to be driving beyond the speed limit, they said.
However, engineers and managers treated this problem as if it were not very serious. Due to the confessions of those people who directly dealt with the company's internal information, concerns are growing that Tesla's autonomous driving system will never be truly safe on roads.
In fact, during recent months, Tesla cars operating with the FSD system have experienced serious incidents such as driving into pools, falling off bridges, and driving into oncoming railroad tracks.
According to the confessions of employees who witnessed more information than what is reported in the news, based on Elon Musk's claims that the system can drive safely without adult supervision is currently in a state where it is completely impossible.
