Vivo has officially launched the X300 Ultra at its Spring Launch event, positioning it as a camera-first flagship. The device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and features a camera system co-developed with Zeiss, incorporating their Master Lens technology.

The camera array centres around a 200MP main sensor, complemented by a high-resolution telephoto lens. Video capabilities extend to 4K at 120fps, with professional-grade colour science tuned in collaboration with Zeiss — a first for the X series.

The 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display runs at up to 144Hz, while RAM goes up to 16GB and storage tops out at 1TB. An upgraded vapour chamber cooling system keeps thermals in check during extended shooting sessions. The 6,600mAh battery supports 90W wired fast charging.
