Xiaomi's Redmi Note series typically releases a new model once a year. Since the Redmi Note 15 was introduced in China last August, the next successor model could be unveiled around August 2026 or thereabouts. While the launch is still many months away, newly surfaced information has revealed some hardware specifications that may be included in the Redmi Note 16 series. According to a recent statement from Digital Chat Station, a new phone currently in testing will include a massive 10,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and a 200MP main camera. The exact name of the phone is unknown, but speculation points to it being the Redmi Note 16 series, which also aligns with a rumor from last November about a 200MP camera. If a 10,000mAh battery is indeed included, this phone would become the largest-battery phone among Redmi or Xiaomi devices. Currently, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max holds the record with its 9,000mAh battery. Ref: Gizmochina
